Lakehaven Bed and Breakfast Rates Effective April 1, 2008
B & B Room Rates are for two people and include a hosted hot gourmet breakfast and evening snacks. Other meals are negotiable.
Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays there is a three (3) night minimum stay for the Deck and Sun Suits
Deck Suite — $145/night: Upstairs suite features two rooms, a large bathroom with tub/shower combo and a private deck overlooking the lake. The Deck Suite has one king and one full size bed and sleeps 4 people comfortably.
Sun Suite — $135/night: Upstairs suite features two rooms, a large bathroom with tub/shower combo and beautiful lake views. The Sun Suite has one, king, one full size and a daybed with a trundle bed, which together, will sleep 7 people comfortably.
Downstairs Bedrooms - $110/night: There are four spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms downstairs each with its own private bathroom, king, queen, or two twin beds are available.
A twin roll-away bed can be added to any of our rooms to sleep 1 additional person
Additional Bed & Breakfast Guest Charges Additional Guest 12 years and older: $20/per night Additional Guest 11 to 3 years old: $15/per night Over Night Guests under 3 years: No Charge
Please contact us for our Group Rates & Policies Lakehaven may be rented out for family reunion and other groups. When renting all guest bedrooms, groups may sleep additional people by utilizing Lakehaven’s sofas, roll-away beds and twin or queen air mattresses. (30 Maximum overnight guests)
*Lakehaven is KID and PET friendly if all are “HOUSE TRAINED” (There is a screened-in porch and fenced yard area for pets that may not yet be house trained.)
Deposit Policy Deposit equal to one room night charge required at time of reservation. Deposit is refundable (less a $10.00 transaction fee) if cancelled 15 days prior to reservation date

Additional Meals Room rates include a hosted gourmet breakfast and evening snacks. By prior arrangement, lunch and dinner are available at Lakehaven at an additional cost and can be boxed up for your picnic or fishing outing.
